Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to combat loneliness, mitigate aloneness, and foster human connections to meet the needs of those living or at risk of isolation.
We are just a phone call away and always on call!
We are Wellbeing Champions!
Many people find themselves without an immediate or regular support system or social connections. Many do not have anyone to check in on them, raise an alarm when there is concern, or simply care about their wellbeing. More and more of us - for whatever our own unique reasons - are gradually becoming more reclusive, enjoying our own company a little too much, And that's just life!
At Dalight Connections, we get it, we get YOU and we've got you!
Our phone services are typically geared towards vulnerable adults, and most event organisers assume everyone is an extrovert or have access to immediate social connection. Well, over here at DC, we know better. We have found that in today’s world of lone and remote working, mass migration, doom scrolling, and an increase in mental health issues, it has become necessary to extend our services to EVERYONE.

Our services provide safe, supportive spaces where individuals can be themselves and enjoy social connections. We strive to be the trusted connection people turn to when they need a listening ear, immediate social connection, or even just a little break from isolation.

Wellbeing Phone Calls
This is a subscription service for weekly wellbeing calls. We call you once or multiple times a week to have a friendly chat and check-in. Take a break and flex those vocal cords :) Talk, vent, gist or share whatever with compassionate attentive friends of varying interests, hobbies and experiences.
Personal Emergency Contact Service
Have no one to pen down as your emergency contact on those pesky work forms? Or have you ever been in an emergency situation where there was no one to call for you?.. No one to hold your hand? No one to contact your next of kin? Well, believe us, you’re not alone and we’ve got you covered! We will be there in more than name alone.
We will be there for you and on call for those times you need immediate support and care.

At Dalight Connections, we are a people of varying interests and experiences. Our services give you the opportunity you to broaden your horizons, make connections with people outside your immediate social circle, have access to a support system and improve your wellbeing.
Your emergency contact person will provide support and information during an emergency, but they don't have legal or decision-making authority.
Your ECP will:
- Always be On Call for emergencies
- Contact you at least once a month for a friendly chat and update.
- Provide medical information such as medical histories, allergies, medications, and chronic conditions to assist medical professionals
- Act as liaison between you and your family/next of kin, employer and anyone else you would like us to communicate with
- Coordinate and arrange support, travel, escort and companionship care
- Offer comfort and reassurance during a challenging time
